IMPORTANT: Upon landing, please call our office at (602) 302-6868 before proceeding to the Terminal 4 “pre-arranged vehicle” area. Our vehicles remain staged outside the pickup zone until the client is ready. Calling in advance ensures a seamless pickup experience and prevents any potential delays.
1. After you call, head north to door number 3.
2. Go across the street and wait in the middle where a “Pre-Arranged” sign is located.
