To make your time with All Valley Transportation enjoyable, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
All Valley Transportation will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person, not of the legal drinking age of (21) twenty-one years. All U. S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles owned and/or operated by All Valley Transportation. Person(s) under the age of (21) twenty-one are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages. Driver has every right to search the bags brought into the vehicle for illegal substances at any time. If the driver finds these substances, he has every right to terminate the contract leaving the customer there, and finish the service at that moment. Sexual activities are prohibited and we are not liable for injuries due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. All Valley Transportation will not be responsible for any belongings left while the client(s) are in or out of the vehicle. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. The total service costs will be the rate of a Point-to-Point transfer to your location, plus a 20% chauffeur gratuity. Partition will not be closed during the prom season. The purchaser on the front contract is responsible for his or her guests. Upon determination that any of the above policies were violated, All Valley Transportation may terminate service to the client and shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations to the client under the agreement
AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.
(1) $25.00 per broken glassware, $45.00 per damaged CD or DVD
(2) $150.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, gum clean up, etc.)
(3) $200.00 minimum shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness – interior)
(4) $150.00 minimum detailing and wax (due to illness – exterior)
(5) $300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
(6) $500.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
(7) $1500.00 minimum for opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object
(8) Triple charge of the above-listed amounts for all removed/stolen items from the vehicle
(9) Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in the contract
All Valley Transportation recommends all personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. All Valley Transportation reserves the right to terminate the contract for noncompliance with the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeur requests to obey the rules in this contract. The chauffeur has every right to terminate the contract if the rules are not being followed. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Any deposits (cash, checks, or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reason if any cancellation occurs from the renter’s side. Deposits are charged using the credit card provided with the contract. Taxes are applicable with all credit card transactions so balance due amounts may be slightly off. The open balance is due immediately at the beginning of the agreed job. The renter authorizes the immediate 30% deposit and the final payment, stating that he/she is the authorized purchaser for this rental contract, the authorized cardholder of the given credit card, responsible and reliable for payment of the total amount, per cash, credit card. No personal or business checks will be accepted. Upon pickup, current state identification may be asked for identification, If this is not provided, All Valley Transportation has the right to cancel and the purchaser is fully responsible for the total amount due.
As with all contracts, the rental contract between the mentioned person as renter and All Valley Transportation is made with the information and the terms given to us. The contracted price is set for contracted pickups, addresses, times, and number of passengers. Per the contract, extra-unaccounted passengers traveling in the vehicle are subject to an extra charge. Information provided by the renter is binding and cannot be changed without All Valley Transportation’s acceptance. If the contract is canceled or accepted after signing, All Valley Transportation reserves the right to collect the remaining balance in full, unless the vehicle is re-rented for the same or a higher amount on the canceled date. We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the purchaser’s credit card as agreed upon during the phone conversation. The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone/fax and/or Internet. It is agreed that we are not required to provide a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made over the phone/fax and/or Internet.
If the purchaser doesn’t pay the remaining balance, All Valley Transportation will not start the job. Therefore the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The purchaser is fully responsible for the remaining balance if he or she fails to provide the above requirements. All Valley Transportation rates are billed, including applicable fees/taxes and a 20% chauffeur service charge. If you feel that you would like to provide an additional gratuity, it is at your sole discretion. If you wish to give an additional cash gratuity, it is in addition to the 20% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 20% gratuity by providing a cash tip to the chauffeur.
All Valley Transportation cannot guarantee overtime availability. It is important that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed schedule. Transfer jobs are priced for immediate pickup/drop-off. If the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so, only if we can accommodate other clients that booked with All Valley Transportation before or after the said time. All Valley Transportation shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. The purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges incurred such as overtime, tolls, parking, etc. The purchaser authorizes All Valley Transportation to charge additional fees after they have rendered services to the purchaser’s credit card as a supplemental charge. A 20% gratuity will be added to your total charge, as well as an 8% service surcharge. If cash payment is selected, payment is due at the beginning of the rental time. The customer agrees to have All Valley Transportation get authorization for the above credit card and amount, for the above-stated event.
Once you sign the contract, it cannot be canceled. If you do not feel like you would like to use our services, we keep the 30% deposit. Cancellations made within (30) days will not be responsible for the remaining balance. Any contracts canceled within less than (12) hours will be responsible for the full amount of the balance due. If any payment due hereunder will be unpaid (10) ten days after the due date, All Valley Transportation will have the right to add and collect late charges with interest at the maximum rate allowed by law. All such sums are due and owing with other expenses, filing fees, court costs, reasonable attorney fees, etc. Necessarily injured because of such non-payments, I the credit card holder/purchaser, agree to pay All Valley Transportation upon signing the contract. I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree, that if, for any reason, I am not fully satisfied with the services I receive, I have ten (10) hours after the completion of the job to file a complaint in writing. If we do not receive a written complaint within the specified timeframe, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the service provided and no valid complaint exists and you will not file a complaint against All Valley Transportation with any official bureaus. Filing a written complaint ensures both parties, that it is fully understood what the problem was. The purchaser will be contacted within (1) one week of the complaint to settle the matter. You agree this is a separate case from the main contract and therefore will have no dispute in general against All Valley Transportation and the payment authorized. Since All Valley Transportation offers high-tech-equipped vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power-operated equipment might be subject to temporary failure. This will not interfere with vehicle safety, and therefore, will not affect the continuing or paying for the contracted trip. All Valley Transportation guarantees that all our vehicles are regularly checked to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible.
All Valley Transportation agrees to send the requested vehicle as listed in the contract. We reserve the right to upgrade or switch out your vehicle due to an emergency breakdown or accident. If switching occurs in the same category, or upgrades are made, it will not affect the contract and/or payment of the contract. Customers therefore accept the replacement vehicle may be substituted if the contracted limousine becomes unavailable for any reason. If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us from meeting the terms listed above, we will make an effort to notify you of any delays or changes. This includes bad weather, accidents, storms, and any other act of god, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc. All Valley Transportation reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the operator or the dispatcher on duty feels that the renter and/or party of the renter is putting the operator or the mode of transportation or the renter and/or party of the renter in danger of injury. Or, if the renter and/or party of the renter have any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be canceled without a refund. This is without exception. In case of non-payment or any disputes of charges resolved from things like damaged car or overtime, etc., I agree and fully authorize the charges to be put on my credit card provided above. I understand these terms and conditions and fully agree to them.
